Check-In / Check-Out Policies
Check-In: 3:00 PM

Our lobby is closed between 11am-3pm daily. We are a small family run business with a very small staff and cannot man the lobby 24/7. Our office is open for check-in between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. If you plan to arrive after 8pm just let us know before the office closes and we will send you, via text, your room information and door code, no need to check-in with the lobby. Please note, our electronic system does require that you already have a card on file. This also applies for early check-in. If you plan to arrive before 3pm and your room is clean and ready for you, please call before the lobby closes at 11am and we will send your room information to you via text. 

 

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Late check-out may result in a fee.​

Property and Cancellation Policies :

Reservations must be changed or cancelled 72 hrs prior to arrival or a full night's room rate will be charged. Early departures will be charged 50% of the following night's room rate.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

Must be 21 or older to book a room. We will require a valid government or state-issued photo ID upon arrival. All online and phone reservations will require a 50% deposit. Your remaining balance will be charged at checkout. Stay's booked the day of will be charged the full price at check-in.

Our prices for single rooms are based on double occupancy. Double Queen rooms can sleep four adults. If you have a larger party we recommend either of our suites as they can accommodate more people. If there are more than two adults in a single room or four adults in a double room, we will charge an additional $50 per person.


Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.

Pets
We charge $25 per pet for up to four days. Maximum two pets per room. If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know ahead of time so that arrangements can be made. Pet must be fully trained and kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property unless in the guest's room. Pet's must not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on hotel property and in the neighborhood. Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Any unruly pets that cannot be controlled will be asked to leave. This includes incessant barking, damaging property and aggressive behavior. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of guest's pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge guest's account to cover the cost of such damage. We do not accept cats.

 

Additional Guests

We do not allow additional guests in our rooms. If it is found that additional guests have stayed outside the confirmed reservation, $50 per guest will be charged to the card on file.

Smoking
All rooms and the entirety of the hotel property are completely non-smoking. A minimum $250 smoking fee will be applied to the credit card on file if signs of smoking are detected. Additionally, the hotel reserves the right to charge guest's account to cover the cost of items damaged.

FYI this includes vaping.

Room Charges and Damage
When you book with us, our system keeps your card on file to cover any room charges and damage. Damage to furniture, linens and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. Excessively soiled linens, carpets and furniture will be included as damages.

Parking 
Complimentary parking is available for one car per reservation.
